The sellers of 302 Artillery had worked their entire careers and were trying to make a decision about retirement. The sellers said that they were having a lot of trouble conceptualizing how they should arrange furniture for photos and to show the house. Mike suggested that he could bring in a stager, a professional in decorating and placing furniture in a home. Schedules were checked and an appointment was made to bring in an expert. The stager spent several ours and moved items and things and gave the selllers three pages of recommendations when she left.
